Limits
File sizes, storage, AI summaries per day, survey link lifetimes, sign-in lockouts and the other numbers worth knowing.
Your words may differ. Each workspace can choose its own words: a class might be a cohort, program or group, a learner a participant, trainee or new hire, a session a module or lesson. These guides use the default words. The steps are the same whatever your workspace calls them. Change your workspace's words
Skovrum has very few hard limits, and none on learners: every plan includes unlimited learner profiles. These are the numbers you might run into.

AI summaries
Each person can generate a limited number of AI summaries in any 24 hours. The count is per person, not per workspace, and each kind has its own allowance.

Working offline
